Idea one: Cuckoo Clock

Reasons: The Cuckoo Clock is a highly designed item. It serves an interesting purpose, has a unique history, and is made from interesting materials. Cuckoo Clock making was established in the black forest (a part of Germany that my relatives are from)(and also has a small history in Switzerland, also where family is from). I believe it may also have potential to be modernized.
